W. Frackowiak i Partnerzy Wielkopolska Grupa Audytingowa Sp. z o.o. was established in April 1993 as the second company within the group of consulting companies W. Frackowiak i Partnerzy.
In 2000, the company accepted the invitation from HLB International to represent Poland in the international network of auditing companies. The adjustment of standards regarding the terminology used was completed on 23 November 2001. Since then, the company has run its business under the name HLB Frackowiak i Wspolnicy Sp. z o.o.
Including the Poznan-based company in the HLB International network gave it access to know-how and experience of experts from all over the world. The customers, thanks to the global reach of the organization, will find it easier to cooperate with foreign partners.
The customer base of HLB Frackowiak i Wspolnicy Sp. z o.o. consists of over 700 entities, including several dozen companies quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. and several dozen companies belonging to the top 500 of the Polish largest companies.

The ranking was traditionally published in Rzeczpospolita daily in its edition of November 21, 2005. WSE Partner Firm
The Stock Exchange Partner Firm Programme was put into operation in 2005 by Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
The main aim of the programme is to facilitate contacts between potential stock exchange issuers and entities specialised in Stock Exchange counselling.
HLB Frackowiak i Wspolnicy was invited to cooperate under the programme with regard to their experience in work with stock exchange companies as well as activity in the primary market. As a partner firm, our main tasks comprise broadly understood assistance in the process of drawing up an issue prospectus and other documents to be prepared by prospective stock exchange issuers, as well as up-to-date counselling related to the presence of the stock exchange issuer on the stock exchange floor.
