Polnord upholds plan to sell 800 housing units in 2010, and 1400 in 2011

Housing developer Polnord has upheld its plan of selling 800 housing units in 2010, and 1.4 thousand flats next year, the company has said in a communiqué.


The group’s companies are now conducting 15 investments in six locations throughout Poland. Polnord has in its portfolio about 2000 flats.

In the commercial sector, in the range of Wilanow Office Park, the construction works of the office block are coming to the end; and still some works are in a pipeline to launch two projects. Together with GTC works are still under way, in the range of a shopping mall in Wilanow.  

Polnord posted consolidated net profit of PLN 25.95 mn in H1/2010 vs. PLN 15.40 mn profit a year earlier. Consolidated revenue in this period was PLN 96.35 mn compared with PLN 103.55 mn a year earlier.
