Real-estate company Warimpex Finanz und Beteiligungs AG wants to start the construction of the Warsaw office block Le Palais, and at least one budget hotel in Poland, probably in Wroclaw (in the range of joint ventrure with Starwood Hotels), the company’s regionald director Christoph Salzer said on Tuesday.
The company expects realization of five such hotels in total, in Zielona Gora, Bydgoszcz, Katowice and in Budapest, Foitl added.
According to earlier information, Warimpex is to invest EUR 35-40 mn to build three budget hotels in Poland. The company wants to develop „ economy” conception both in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
