Room Service delivers food, wine and beverages from 40 restaurants to offices and private houses. Room Service delivers your meal within 60 minutes. Delivery time is generally subject to your location, order specifications and traffic conditions. The dishes are being packed in one use food boxes and transported in special thermal bags keeping your food warm.

We issue a free catalogue twice a year. The catalogue can be ordered by phone: (022) 651 9003 or by filling in the form.

Phone orders
Phone orders are taken in English and Polish form 10AM to 10:15PM and during the weekends from 11AM to 10:15PM.

On-line orders
To send the web order you have to use two options: login with personal form or just fill in your personal form. When you have your own login and you want to place an order again, you don't have to fill in personal form again moreover you can check three last orders you have made and messages from us.
Conditions
- Minimum order is 40 PLN per restaurant plus delivery charge.
- The delivery charge is based on the place of delivery - please see the zones below.
- We deliver your meal within 60 minutes. Delivery time is generally subject to your location, order specifications and the traffic conditions.
- Order can be cancelled only within 5 minutes from the time of placing the order.
- Wines are delivered directly from Wine Shop. When you order meal from restaurant plus wine from Wine Shop you will be asked to pay extra 5 PLN for pick up.
- We accept credit cards when the order is over 100 PLN. Please inform our staff when you are paying by card.
- We also accept payments via mobile phones. The details of the system mPay (dial and pay) function are to be found on www.mpay.pl
