Amber Room restaurant is located in the Sobanski Palace, which belongs
to the Polish Business Roundtable Club. The restaurant was founded
on the initiative of Jan Wejchert and from September 2009, it started to be available not only for the Club members.
The restaurant proved its highest standards and quality of cuisine during
the “Wine and Food Noble Night” – the competition that is organized annually in Warsaw. During this event 12 of the best restaurants in Poland compete with each other in three categories: best appetizer, main course, dessert. For the first time in 2010, Amber Room took part in this contest and surpassed all expectations by winning in all three categories.
The restaurant is recommended by Michelin Guide 2011 and 2012, where it received
4 forks and spoons that signifies a "luxurious restaurant” (only two restaurants
in Poland were ranked so well).
Menu
Amber Room specializes in Polish cuisine with a modern twist, using the current trends in global cuisine, including elements of the molecular cuisine.
Business Lunch Menu (set of 3 course menu at 79 PLN only) is extremely popular in Amber Room. The Business Lunch Menu is available during weekdays between 12-3 PM. The Menu changes daily and it includes a choice of starter,
main dish and dessert.

in catering for more intimate parties and events.
All Amber Room Catering menu options are based on carefully selected dishes
and flavours – our menus are created individually for our clients based on their specific needs, whether it’s cocktail party canapés, an elegant buffet, an all-day conference, or a dinner for closest friends. Our Executive Chef is personally involved in the preparation of the dishes for all catering requests, while wines
and other alcohol are selected by head sommelier of the Polish Business Roundtable Club.
