Galeria Bali & Buddha Club - exclusive restaurant, the only one of its kind in Europe, has an original rich decoration which he brought with him – furniture, pieces of art, knives and forks, ceramics, floor and many others. Indonesia is a huge country with 240 mil inhabitants and some 13.000 islands. Only 6.500 islands are populated. The most famous are Jawa, Sumatra, Borneo, Celebes, Bali, Papua, Maluku or Timor. For its size and number of islands there is not real universal Indonesian cuisine. It is full of rich aromas of spices: lemon grass, galangal, coriander, ginger, cumin, chili (over 200 of kinds), palm sugar and the popular coconut milk. Bumbu sauces made of various spices, sambale prepared in stone bowls, Indonesian curry and nuts, these are just another common ingredients used in Indonesian dishes.
We are the only Balinese restaurant in Europe. At Galeria Bali & Buddha Club restaurant we serve classical cuisine of Jawa, characteristic tastes of Borneo and Maluku and the most sublimated meals of Bali. Our Balinese Chefs, Made Runatha & Pantja Tabinna, prepare for you the most delicious meals of Indonesia. The best seafood is coming from Bali. Fish, shrimps, lobsters, crabs – marinated in bumbu sauces or grilled on coconut shells. All these you can taste in Bali restaurant.

Galeria Bali & Buddha Club - one of the Haute Cuisine exclusive restaurants in Poland, has introduced a unique CARICA fruit to its menu. The CARICA fruit is available in four European restaurants only.
CARICA is a rare Boutique Fruit from Pacific region, imported to the world’s best restaurants only. Its tropical taste represents a mixture of juicy pineapple, mango, orange and peach.
Carica is served with seafood, meat dishes, but also as a dessert. At Galeria Bali & Buddha Club Restaurant, there are such new meals prepared with Carica as Lobster salad with Carica, Kebuli Kari – pineapple curry with nuts and carica and Sirloin or King Shrimps served with carica fruit in tonka sauce. Soon, there will be also a unique sushi with carica served at Galeria Bali & Buddha Club Restaurant.
Dessert lovers may delight themselves with Carica fruit served with vanilla ice cream and tonka – available in eight restaurants in the world only or Kolak Carica with such tropical fruits as Carica, litchi, mango, longan, banana and rambutan, all stewed in coconut cream with cinnamon, vanilla stick and Malibu and Cointreau liqueurs and sprinkled with aromatic tonka bean, which comes from the heart of the jungle.
“Carica Tree is in blossom only once during its 5-7 year of life, then it’s cut down. Its matured fruit has an intensive yellow colour and it is carefully hand-picked,” Witold Gawlikowski, Galeria Bali & Buddha Club owner says.
Galeria Bali & Buddha Club is one of the few Haute Cuisine restaurants in Poland and it serves flamboyant meals both prepared and served with a very special attention.

Art Gallery
Our restaurant is also a gallery of oriental art. Some of our decoration you can buy in our restaurant, plus we also sell art works which is not exhibited. It is all hand-made and coming from Bali, Jawa or Burma.
We accept also orders for tailor made wooden carvings, Buddha panels, reliefs and another handicrafts from Bali. We can arrange also transport and customs formalities.
