Kresowa Hawira is specialized in the cuisine of Polish eastern borderlands.
To authenticate the perfection of meals we serve, our carefully selected staff prepares meals according to the old recipes. We propose wide selection of marinated, stained and baked meat, fish, vegetarian meals, starters and homemade bread, rolls and cakes.
Our Chef especially recommends:
- Lamb shoulder baked in stone oven and poured by fruit liqueur
- Lithuanian-style duck baked on apples and cherries, seasoned with clove and poured by rowan liqueur.
These meals will surely both satisfy and delight the most demanding tastes of our guests.
