Indian cuisine is unusually colourful, aromatic and very much tasty. It smells by kurkum, clove, cinnamon, ginger, saffron and nutmeg. These ingredients are used for preparation of all meals as well as the tasty curry.
NAAN bread is served with garlic, butter, sezam, onion, vegetable, lamb, cheese, raisins and nuts and figs.
In Indian cuisine, Basmati rice served in different ways is very much popular. Indians believe that girl becomes woman when she knows how to prepare the rice in 15 different ways.

Tandoor oven is an unseparatable element of the Indian cuisine. It is an earthen oven in the shape of jug, heated by wooden coal and preserved by spinach leaves. Meals prepared in this oven have unique taste. They are crispy and juicy. Different kinds of marinated meat as well as sea fruits and vegetables are being prepared in the Tandoor oven.
