Old Town Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta)

Surrounded by houses built or restyled in the 17th century, the Old Town Market Square is one of the main tourist attractions in Warsaw and a good reason to take a break on your tour through the Old Town.

There are many restaurants and cafes around the square in which you can taste mainly the Polish cuisine. In a sunny weather you can also enjoy your meal or coffee when sitting outside.

Several festivals take place here in the summer days and many street artists, mainly painters, can be seen around.
