You can take an advantage of a great view from the view terrace on the 30th floor.
Nowadays it provides office space and it has remained a business and culture centre:

Communist Party Congresses were held here. Now it serves as a place for conferences, concerts and festivals. Louis Armstrong attended the Jazz Jamboree festival here. - The Theatre of Dramatic Art

Cinema complex - The Youth Palace
Swimming pool, gym and a winter garden inside. - The Museum of Technology, The Museum of Evolution
Planetarium and the Glass Girl - human body model - can be among other attractions found inside. - Puppet Theatre
The building is 230 m high and it was the second tallest building in Europe when completed. It also serves as a perfect orientation point in Warsaw.
Entrance fees
The entrance to the View Terrace is usualy conected with some exhibition taking place on the same floor.
The price ticket should cost aproximetely PLN 20,- if connected with some exhibition. It there is no exhibition, the ticket price is lower.
